- Implementation of platforms for ATM and other Electronic Business Solution transactions for Oceanic Bank International PLC, Nigeria.
- Automation of Interswitch and Etranzact Settlement reports for one of the leading Banks in Nigeria.
- Development of Bespoke application for identifying and managing patients’ Medical Document s for North Bristol NHS Trust, Bristol England.
- Procurement and Maintenance of Payroll and Account Management System for London Corp Finance Limited, UK.

Mr. Abidemi James Adio M.Sc.
Principal Role – CEO/Software Director
Mr Adio has over 10 years experience in software development with a substantial amount of service given to the banking sector. His work includes spearheading several innovative projects with the likes of Standard Trust Bank/ UBA, Oceanic Bank International and the UK’s NHS. With a Masters Degree in Advanced Computing and Internet Technologies with Security from University of Bristol, England and a B.Sc (Hons) in computing and Internet Technology from Bournemouth University England , Mr Adio’s core skills include System Analysis and Design, bespoke financial application development, Biometric System Integration and Interactive application development, amongst other skills.
Dr. Dotun Olowoporoku PhD
Principal Role – Research and Analysis Director
Dotun, a Doctor of Philosophy on policy analysis and evaluation from The University of West of England has extensive experience in research, data analysis and consultancy. He was a founding member of Emerging Technologies Ltd Lagos, where he heads the IT consultancy services before proceeding for his masters’ degree at the Middlesex University, London. His core skills include business consultancy services using qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
Mr. Franklin Nakpodia M.Sc.
Principal Role – Governance and Risk Consultant
Franklin has about 10 years’ experience in auditing and banking. He started his professional career with KPMG, a global audit firm and later joined Oceanic Bank Plc, which until recently, was one of the biggest banks in Nigeria. He left Oceanic Bank as a Branch Manager where his job responsibilities included risk asset analysis and management, customer investment and relationship management, promoting corporate ethics and governance, among others. Presently, Franklin oversees the Investment and financial operations of the firm. He is also saddled with the responsibility for undertaking market analysis, obtaining and analysing stock data for clients, advising clients on corporate governance related issues, among others. Franklin holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance with first class from Northumbria University, UK. He also has an MBA from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and recently completed an MSc in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of York, UK. Professionally, he is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
Miss Dolapo Akindele M.Sc.
Principle Role – Project Director
Dolapo’s experience spans performance measurement, process audits as well as a well–grounded background in the Real Estate sector. She has a Masters in Real Estate Management from the University of the West of England, Bristol. She is also a Certified Project Management Practitioner and Business Analyst. She has worked in companies such as University of the West of England, Bristol as a Graduate Consultant, Stankelly & Co. – a Certified Accounting Company as an Administrator and Oando Plc. as an Audit Trainee as well as an Estate Officer.
Mrs. Feyisola Adio M.Sc.
Principal Role – Finance and Business Development Director.
Feyi has a background in Management. She has combined this management expertise with a passion for Business Design and Development; where she has worked on a vast number of projects from retail to consulting services. Her main roles in AdTen Technologies include Business Strategy Development, where she ensures that our solutions match and enhance our business operations. She is specialised in Business Writing, Business Model Design and Business Management Techniques and Implementation. Feyisola’s managerial capabilities are not without an excellent academic background, she holds an MSc in International Management from Bristol Business School (University of West of England) and a BSc in Agric. Extension from University of Ibadan Nigeria.
Mr. Hillary Ovaga M.Sc.
Principle role— Head of Product Development & Services
Mr. Hillary Ovaga has over the last 6 years demonstrated high expertise in systems development and Business and IT system integration management. He has worked as cloud project innovation manager of three different multinational companies which include KPMG, PriceWater, and IBM respectively. Hillary’s managerial capabilities are not without an excellent academic background, He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Nigeria and an MSc in Advanced Computing- Internet Technologies from the University of Bristol, England.
Mr. Onyebuchi Osuigwe B.Sc. (Hons)
Principal Role – Head of Business Intelligence
Combining Experience across various industry sectors, Mr Osuigwe functions in a both a support and development role, utilizing, amongst others,utilising among others the Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, VB.net , ASP.NET, ADO.NET, ASP, VB6 and HTML with RDBMS Databases including MS SQL Server 7,2000 , 2005 & 2008 Oracle 8 , 9i &10g. His experience spans across Africa and the UK. This includes work with the UKAEA (United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority) and Earthwatch Institute, UK. His Nigerian experience includes work with reputable companies the likes of Oando PLC, Shell, NYSC and Universal Trust Bank. Mr Osuigwe has numerous qualification including MCAD, MCDBA, CCNA, OCP and NCP.
Mr. Kayode Oladipo B.Eng.
Principal Role – Network and Communication Advisor
Mr Oladipo’s expertise and experience spans a host of companies in varying industries including First Bank PLC, Nitel and Ebun Industries Limited. He is exceptionally qualified with a host of accreditations and certifications. Building on a B.Eng in Electrical engineering, over the last 15 years, Mr Oladipo has received over 7 Cisco Accreditations including the highly sought after Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert and the Cisco Foundation Express Design and Field Specialist; as well as Nokia Certifications including Voice and Mobility Associate certifications.
